Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them. All original tags and packaging must be included. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email us at Phiist1@nilesk12.org with your order number and the item you want to return. We’ll reply with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.
